At DHAROHAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, we place great emphasis on our learners, ‘leading their own learning’ through learning that is inquiry based, collaborative, relevant, current and meaningful. Our faculty act as facilitators and guides. We have created a learning culture where we encourage everyone to be courageous, and try new ways of learning. ‘Failure’ is seen as a learning opportunity. We operate on principles rather than rules. Further, we give our learners the tools to be reflective about their learning and to constantly be setting new goals to reach their desired targets. Learning at D.I.S is engaging and
fluid and most of all it is fun!

Learning is closely associated with reading and the habit of reading has always been given a special thrust right from the junior level. The concept of book bins in every class encouraged sharing of reading resources as a student led voluntary activity.

Within a green, safe and caring campus, we ensure that students of all ability levels are able to do their best.  We teach not just what the text book says, but the ways of the life and prepare the students for a greater tomorrow.  We think that the school is a chalice of our pupil’s dreams and an arena to prepare them for life. However we must not forget those who are responsible for igniting the spark – The Faculty. I strongly believe that our teachers have passionate minds with compassionate hearts.

School leadership assures a stress free atmosphere for the employees to work in. The humility will ease relationship fostering good interpersonal skills.

It will remain our endeavour to be in eternal pursuit of excellence, encouraging the pupil’s to bring about a positive modification in their behaviour as they ascent the ladder of learning and knowledge.
